In lieu of a sunset

Rode the long way home from work this evening. The weather really cleared up in protest at the poor forecast, meaning my gamble of riding Biscuit paid off.

I rode over Marple Ridge & Werneth Low seeing a fair number of Sunset Spotters waiting for a stunning display on the horizon, but some cloud low to the west put paid to.that. Looping around the back of Mottram.Moor and turning down Matley Lane, a Blipportunity presented itself at a field gate so I pulled in for a snap.

Last day shift tomorrow...Friday on a Monday...we like to confuse ;-D
