GUTS Dinner

I'm a day late in posting - long day yesterday! One of my golfing girlfriends picked me up at 7:30 am to go to a fun golfing event. It was a pretty long drive to get there, but we had a great presentation by the head women's golf coach at George Fox University...super woman coaching an amazing team of young women. Very inspiring. Then we played 9 holes on a beautiful day, finally getting home around 3:30. Fortunately I was just about ready to bring my contribution to our monthly GUTS (Get Us To Spring) dinner at my friend Lori's. The theme was Easter, and she made an amazing ham, along with scalloped potatoes. The rest of us filled in, and I brought the cocktails. I finally settled on making Tom Collins, which I haven't had for years. And I found the cutest little bunny rabbit picks for the garnish!
