Birdlife

Had a wee drive round Cumbrae at the same speed as the bikes and found these, plus brown ducks and many enormous gulls. All were very calm, though eyeing me cautiously. Before taking this, I had been sitting on some flat sandstone rocks having my sandwich. As I deeply breathed in the sea air, I felt so thankful for all that is happening in my life just now. I feel so calm!
