new toy

found a good deal, got myself the Sony PRS-505 Ebook Reader. It's an e-ink device, so it's no harder on the eyes than ink printed on dead trees. Thoughts so far? Pretty cool. Burned through some Vonnegut and now I'm working on Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep (how, as a sci-fi nerd, did I manage to never read Philip K Dick before?)
