100!

My 100 blood donations certificate arrived in the post this week. I'm pleased to have made this milestone though it has taken since 1980 when I made my first donation at university. 

Went for a run along the river. 8k was nice and comfortable.  Sun was out and I wore my shorts. 
Did some ironing for the first time in ages while S prepared our meal for later tonight.  Walked up to collect a dress I'd bought on Vinted after lunch and after the threat of rain had died down. Dress fits nicely and will be useful for holidays as it packs up small and could be smart or casual with the addition of a wrap or cardigan. 
Watched a couple of episodes of Black Mirror with the family.  Not as painful to watch as the first one.
