Rain . . .

………………… and more rain. Heavy unrelenting rain.
The look of those russet leaves against the rained out mountains was eye catching, but driving into Queenstown and back home again, with the window wipers on full, was stressful.
It was good to see my Physio again, as she’s been away for a month. The exercises I’ve been doing have helped the Achilles, and I’m to keep on keeping on with them, but alter the shoe footbeds.
I visited my GP too and I’m to keep on keeping on with some treatment at home too.
All in all, encouraging!
