Queens Buildings

Took a jaunt to the city this afternoon for what turned out to be a 7000 steps walk around to get a pic for Mono Monday! : ).   
I was lucky to get a parking spot right where I needed it and then had a great little sightseeing journey to see what I would find which was fun.  
In the end the very lovely Turret of the Queens Buildings was my favourite!
The original building was built in the late 1800’s by the Wesleyan Methodists and the second floor was added in 1924.
I’ve put a couple of other shots in extras which were contenders : )
