Egg Day

Twice a year a local church group does a fundraiser for the BEST peanut butter hearts & eggs (Valentine’s day and Easter). They are about a pound each and at $4/confection, it’s a big deal! (Our orders are in the double digits most years) We’ve been supporting their efforts for years and we always look forward to it. Today was egg pick up day. My childhood friend, Kathleen, heads the event and I always take the opportunity to catch up with her either when ordering or at pick up.

It was another rainy weekend. So tired of the weather!!! I just want sunshine and to be outside.
