Wembley Arch seen through dirty tube windows
Feet aching during the night (from all the walking). Took Paracetamol at 3am. Finally fell asleep.
Breakfast. Walked round the village. A few new places. Nothing exciting. Whiled away the time chatting to our hosts before R drove us the station.
The Met Line passes close by Wembley Stadium. Blipped a fleeting glimpse of the famous arch - see it?? (between the 2 front centre buildings).
"The striking 133-metre tall arch is the world’s longest single span roof support structure and is visible right across London. Plus, there’s a sliding roof to protect fans from the elements.

Now on way home by 'It's faster by train'. Our own bed sweet bed tonight :) *
*Famous last words. Trespasser on the line. Now on way - delayed so far by 30mns. No problem, I'm tinkering on the mobile.
