Caption Competition?

Another in my occasional 'only in Cambridge' series, I suppose, but I was caught between 'Not for Sale' and 'Keeping an Eye on Things' as the title of today's blip.

(The dog's owner was just off to the right of me, making a purchase from one of the market stalls.)
