Small Bird

My father-in-law will be able to tell me what it is but I have no idea possibly a young corn bunting but thats a guess. I just liked how it was sitting on the wire surrounded by the long grass and the only small bird on my dog walk that didn't fly off the minute I got within shooting distance.
