Men in Black

I was going to title this `Help' as these guys are crossing on a zebra crossing, but there are only three of them. The fourth was out of sight.Went to Cowbridge this afternoon and as we were walking down the main street we saw the bride and the wedding party were walking on the other side of the road. The photographer was taking this photo of the four men crossing. I think they were all on their way to the Psychic Garden to have more photos taken. Unfortunately there was no wind blowing, for me to witness first hand what they were wearing , or not under their kilts. Why Black Kilts?
