Part of Island life....

As you travel around the Island you come across these granite gables. They are all that remains of the greenhouses (glasshouses) which were Guernsey's main industry of tomatoes and flowers - sadly no longer existing apart from a few. These granite structures just border fields now, some have doors and some don't. Still frame the lane nicely though!
