Preparing to roll

Took this pic from the upstairs window hence the shadows across it
The diesel in front is the one they use to drag the engines , carriages etc out of the shed.. Behind is our oldest engine the D16 which was used today when we had a visiting busload from Australia and the UK
They appreciated the lunch we served. Grocery shopped on the way home so am quite weary
