Evening Out in the City

It was John's 80th birthday today. To celebrate we went into the city to his favorite Japanese restaurant. 

The photos bottom and right bottom are off the new The Court Theatre. It opens in May. They used to be in the City before the earthquakes. So it is good to see it back in the city again. The other photos are of Tūranga, the Christchurch Public Library. Here is the history of the theatre if you are interested. 


It has been a cold day with around 11c. We didn't get any rain only a few misty drizzle at times.
