Another early start this morning; was awake at 7.15am. At 1.45am I was in tears with not being able to sleep. I was so tired and my body felt so heavy. Don’t actually know when I got to sleep.

Today I feel so low; I have lain on the sofa all day, minutes feeling like hours. I took a diazepam and ended up falling asleep for 2hrs.

I can’t cope with this anymore.
