Cuckoo Flower

Cardamine pratensis, lady's-smock or, as my friend from Devon calls them, milkmaids. My entry for this week's wildflower challenge with thanks as always to Miranda.  I've not heard a cuckoo yet but there are lots of cuckoo flowers in bloom now. 

Tough yoga last night but I did what I could. I might go along to the super easy class tonight. Chatted to two of my four best pals this morning - one in the Lake District and the other in Dingwall. Took Flora for a walk to find my blip. I have a fairly relaxed day ahead. 

My grandson is off to the orthopaedic clinic this morning to see about removing his plaster cast. I hope the surgeon is pleased with his progress. It's been a bit of a trial trying to keep him off his foot. It might have to be re-plastered but  I do hope not.
