Fibre Intake

Full fibre. 
I didn't ask for it, but vodafone foisted it upon me as there is a government initiative to phase out the old copper wire. 
Appointment between 0800 and 1300, they arrived at 1545. 
Lots of drilling and hammering later and I've got this where I don't want it, but in the only place practical and will have to upgrade to new equipment if I want to keep my landline.
At some point, this reliance on smart technology won't end well.
