Mother and daughter lunch and swim

Mr C drove me to the village for the bus to town. (I knew I couldn’t walk down the steep hill). From Regents Centre I walked over to Asda where #3 daughter picked me up and we drove to her posh David Lloyd gym.

We had a lovely morning using the outdoor pool. My knee coped, so we’ll we how it is tomorrow. If I’m able to swim I’ll join a pool if I can. It was overcast and chilly but we enjoyed it then went inside for a warm up in the sauna etc. By the time we got changed for a late lunch it was warm and sunny so we sat outside with our flatbread salads and a glass of wine and enjoyed catching up.

Back at her house we had a chat with Nathaniel who was having a day chilling with his dad. She showed me his report card which was very good, as was Ella’s. She is at ChimneySweep this week so we’ll see her playing Mrs Brown in Paddington on Thursday.

Mr C came to do a big shop so picked me up. It was kind as the bus is tediously slow.
