Weight around my neck

Last night  new phone arrived 
Did everything and said all synced it had not..
A bit further on than last night!! however madness NHS wifi outage today!!
Caused mayhem coupled with not being able to compensate on phone with theraputic needs.
Coupled again with all doors on ward and entrance to ward being changed this is massive on NHS mental health ward.. 
Extra staff to man doors, noise... and and 
Lots of angst and upset with our unwell patients.
My new  phone driving me  mad..  
Now waiting on younger adult child/ren to come home and sort.
Patient throwing laundry basket round ward annoyed laundry gone missing.
All that stuff I carry around my neck!!
On top of daughter in A &E seems massive gallbladder flair.. Quite unwell
