Fire alarm!

Somebody smashed the fire alarm today. Some welders were working on the roof. Smoke was smelt, panic was felt, alarms were raised. We all stood outside for an inappropriately long time before being let back in. Thankfully, the sun was shining so it was a pleasant loiter in the luke-warm air.
Only one child this evening….Britain’s Got Talent and hugs.
