The girls are off

I had a message about 3am to say that the girls were heading off from Kathmandu, on a 9hr bus trip to the next base.

I had an audiology appointment for the next round of fittings, we are back to the original type of aids that I had for 4 years and were fine. The more modern ones were most uncomfortable.

This evening we were down to the gym. I managed to add the label to the Japanese quilt, another job done, having found the material to be able to print onto after a careful search.
