Practice dish...

The weather forecast sadly states that the end of this spell of glorious weather is coming to an end.  Boo!  Hope this isn't our summer!

More card making today and more crochet then my thoughts turned to menu planning for Easter Sunday.  Family coming for dinner so will be feeding seven adults and one child.  I don't have to worry about Orla as she's still exclusively on her mother's Gold Top milk :-)

They are all fussy buggers but for different reasons so I am trying to come up with something they will all eat as I cannot be bothered cooking a myriad of different dishes.  I am thinking a pasta dish of sorts would be the way forward served with a large salad and garlic bread, and chips for my brother in law Kenny and nephew Andrew (two adult men who eat like toddlers!)  

I saw THIS RECIPE and decided to give it a go this weekend to check taste and if it would be enough to feed us all next weekend.  It was very tasty and would be enough, so it's now in the running.
