Emergency Jigsaw Blip

I did a stupid thing this morning.  It is our International Orienteering Festival over the Easter Weekend and I wanted to check out if my knee was up to running, so at Fitness I did ten minutes on the treadmill - big mistake!  I guess I won't be competing.  I shall have to be content to take photographs.

Neighbour T kindly took some things to the dump for us so I did some weeding on her small garden patch as a thank you and, other than preparing the casserole for dinner that was pretty much it for today.   I should have been going for a walk with the Hobblers but met them at the pub for a catch up when they returned which was an enjoyable end to a frustrating day.

Oh and I finished my jigsaw!
