Return of the Jelly mongers

I first came across Bompass and Parr 17 years ago at their very first Architectural Jelly Banquet. It was huge fun back then, with lots of attendees including Heston Blumenthal.

They are currently involved with a pop-up at Regent Street Sensorium. In collaboration with The Crown Estate they have combined jelly with architecture and fragrance. Fascinating fun and very tasty.
