Tabs

More rain, so more sewing today.  I put together the other side of the wall hanging.

I'm doing different with this.  To allow us to admire all the blocks, but not make something too big and unwieldy, I decided to make a double sided wall hanging.  It'll be "bagged out" rather than bound, and I'll quilt it with ties.  To hang it, I'll insert tabs into the top - so that's what these are.  We'll turn it round every month or so to enjoy each side.

In the evening, I went to a flute group practice.

We're playing at the wedding of one of our members on Thursday, so we were working hard to get the pieces we're playing as good as possible.
