An Easter surprise from our instructor at Pilates this morning. Many suggestions as to the uses the mini egg could be put to in our routine. For our male member it was far too good to keep for Easter.

A letter from the surgery asking Richard to have a blood test to monitor his kidney condition and assess if his medication was working. A puzzle as he is on dialysis and gets blood taken every week to monitor his medication levels. Told it was auto generated and to ignore it. Rather frustrating!
