The Wall

I was back at Millbank today taking another look at a wall that caught my eye the other afternoon. Since the Millbank Estate and the Tate Britain are on the site of the former Millbank Prison, I can't help wondering if this wall (adjacent to the Tate) could be a remnant of the prison. An old structure among 1970s modernity. I think I prefer the old wall.
