Painting

More cleaning, more sorting.  I found a plumber to replace the supply tap for the washing machine (the old one was seized) and found a locksmith to sort out the front door which wouldn't lock.  Also painted the walls in the sitting room to cover up the marks left by pictures and furniture when they were removed (the previous owner had touched up the marks, but they hadn't fully blended in, so I gave the whole wall a coat of paint and it now looks uniform.)  I needed to do this today as the new carpet is being fitted tomorrow.

I am, and will remain, fully occupied during the day, so blip opportunities are, and will remain, limited and so will my comments on others' journals. Normal service will resume sometime.
