Another ‘holiday’ afternoon

Today (after running a bit of a goose chase for Cathie’s prescription - which we gave up on in the end) we headed to the west coast.
Heysham was our destination. Again, we enjoyed a wee wander round what turned out to be a lovely wee village, including a ruined church, a coast/cliff/rock walk and ‘glebe’ garden. We then drove to Morecambe and parked up by the promenade where we could enjoy some fish n chips with strawberries and chocolate spread to dip them in for dessert. :D. We then continued driving up the coast to Silverdale before turning back for home.
Another beautiful day. :)
