A Fabulous Day!

We had a delicious breakfast at Crescent Cafe on Third - women owned and they bake all of their breads and pastries in house. Superb! Oddly enough we ran into my friend's sister and husband there, so joined them for breakfast.

Then we headed to The Nines golf course to play a short game...first time we've played together. We had a terrific time and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. (He sure hits the ball better than I do!) Here's an old oak tree on the course, contrasted against the clear blue sky. We stopped for lunch at Nancy Jo's Burgers before heading home. All in all a most enjoyable adventure!
