Beef noodle soup

I can’t leave Taiwan before eating a few bowls of beef noodle soup. This local place had excellent soup. While I was eating at a folding table in front of the restaurant, the noodle truck arrived. The delivery guy unloaded crates and crates of noodles, probably just getting ready for the dinner rush.
