Easter treats.

Trip to Birstall market first thing.
These are some of the treats we brought back to have over the Easter weekend.
Beautiful Belgian strawberries. Always a superb flavour.
Two Lemon sole.
Two lamb shanks.
First new season asparagus from Kent.
and an absolutely delicious almond croissant.
Not a chocolate egg in sight!

After his appointment this morning, MrC has now been referred to a musculoskeletal clinic.
Hopefully will be seen soon.

What a lovely surprise! He came back with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. An early birthday present for me as my birthday this year falls on Easter Monday.
