They're back....

A gloriously sunny day, and no blustery winds to contend with today!  So a perfect day for a little wander and the local wildlife was out in force today!

Lots to see and hear and it was wonderful to hear my first Nightingale of the year!  Also managed to spot yellowhammer, chiffchaffs, chaffinch, cetti, great tit, sedge warbler, reed warbler, coot, gulls, geese,blackcap, goldfinch, whitethroat, shovellers, pochard, swans, kestrel, wrens, pheasants, peacock butterflies, orange tip butterflies, small tortoiseshell, lots of white butterflies and a fair few swallows were about too!
