Musing of a Lady

Today has been lovely. Little Man had nursery this morning, which we both struggled getting out of bed for. It was Little Man's last day before his holidays. He has two weeks free.

Once I'd dropped him off I biked to the outskirts of Woerden to get some sticks for my British American Tabacco BAT Glo device (see the extra photo) as the sticks are cheaper than the IQOS Terea sticks I was using. As I was biking to Woerden I got a message from Angela, one of the mums from our church, asking if I'd be able to watch her son for a few hours this afternoon. Boaz is a very easy child and one of Little Man's friends here. I said I was happy to look after him.

I then came home and relaxed for a bit before getting Little Man. I couldn't find the motivation to do the housework, beyond cleaning the kitchen, due to having woken up with a low-grade headache.

Angela brought Boaz round at around 1pm, he slept in the spare room for about two hours before I brought him down so he could play with Little Man. The two boys had a lot of fun together, but I did have to step into their play a few times to sort out minor disagreements about specific toys that both boys wanted to play with.

I've got dinner going now and debating how late I should let Little Man stay up to, now that he hasn't got school for the next 17 days.
