BFG and GNan

Today's blip is a tribute to my grandparents whose wedding anniversary it would have been today. I run the risk of going on and filling page after page if I start to tell you what they meant and still mean to me. They very sadly died within four weeks of each other and left a gaping hole in the lives of every one they met. The BFG and GNan in my title refers to the names their great-grandchildren had for them, Big friendly grandad and great nan. I love this photograph as it holds many special memories and is incredibly poignant, as it shows them walking off into the distance. Together, forever. X
