Masons graveyard... back blip

in the woods. I used to visit and maintain this old cemetery before the pipeline came through. It is located well past our house high on a hill where a house stood many many years ago. The Masons. The road crew cut the bank back to make room for the heavy equipment to get through removing the gentile slope I used to get up there. That said it has been years since I have visited. The relatives never knew it was there until I told them about it. They cut wood out here over the summer and made a nice sloped path up to the top making it possible to get to the graves again. Hubby and I took our walk out this way a few days ago and realized we could get up here so we brought these guys out to see how country folks do things. You can still be interred on your own property in WV in family plots. We had a nice long hike. Another great day on the farm!
