On the beach

We all set off to Exmouth late morning. It had been forecast as a sunny day but was rather cloudy with a cold wind. First stop was the large playground across from the beach.

After a while we all had lunch and then went to the beach. The sand toys came out, shells were collected and buckets of water brought up. The sun by now had come out and it developed into a nice sunny day but with a cold wind.

We returned home mid afternoon and our son in law went to purchase two new tyres for his car. Funnily enough a friend popped round briefly in the morning and they had just bought 4 new tyres for their car last week. It must be the new tyres time of year.
