John Bellany

Coffee with my downstairs neighbour first thing; she is back from travels. Then Pilates class. Stopped at the Open Eye gallery on the way back. 

They have some good John Bellany pictures on display; more of his fishing boats and not so many of his odd people pictures. The sculptures in the foreground are bronzes by Cobus van der Walt. 

Afternoon walk to Victoria park; coffee truck there and packing up as we passed. Around by the Goldenacre path; a couple of magpies on the sports field and covers out over the cricket crease. It wasn't nearly so cold as yesterday, 10C, two showers and a West wind along with some sunshine.
