Whinchat #41

Only the second time I've ever seen a whinchat and it was only 6 miles from home. 
It was quite damp and drizzly but when it popped up on Bird Guides we had to go and check it out. 
Not only did I add this little bird to my annual list, I also saw a pair of wheatears too which was a bonus. A nice little run out after I'd done some errands in town this morning.
