Hello Fife

With the weather being dry but a bit dull we took ourselves of to Fife for the first time in 6 months and walked from Pittenweem to Crail (15km) and got the bus back to Pittenweem to pick the car up. Although the sun put in only a few fleeting glimpses it was reasonably warm and as we approached Crail on the coastal path the sun tried to break through just enough to heat up the damp soil hence the mist rising from the field.
The extra is what is undoubtedly the cultural and health driven hot spot in Cellardyke, handily located by the outdoor seawater pool.
