Memories of a friend

This bench is in memory of a dear friend who died a few years ago. We always used to walk our dogs together. I often sit on the bench and enjoy the view, as I did this evening.
It's a bitter sweet day - hubby and I returned from a Good Friday church service to see the For Sale sign outside the house. That really made us feel that things are happening.  When I was on my walk this evening I saw a neighbour who was surprised to see the sign and I promptly burst into tears!!  Hope this doesn't happen every time I see someone!!
No turning back now.
