Challenge

Not an awful lot going on today at Ingleman Towers.

Too cold, too wet, too windy.

The wind is driving me mad. Someone make it stop!

I ambled around the garden, dodging the showers and looking for colour.

The Rhodedendron in the lower rockery is looking very garish. So vivid in fact, neither the Samsung or One Plus android phones could cope.  They produce vibrant over exposed colour that looks horrible. To get anything even approaching true colour I needed to get the Nikon and under expose which is why it looks a little dark.

But I was delighted to capture it, in muted light and close to what we can see with our own eyes.

I aim to highlight more from the garden as the Spring colours start to pop.

But for now I am back inside, trying to rub some circulation back into my hands. And drink tea
