The Ochil Hills

A lot of light rain appears just after breakfast. A bit more persistant than expected. Morning walk starts off in very light rain, which goes off after a while. Nice views, but I decide to wait until the afternoon walk to photo those when the light is brighter.

Despite the forecast, there are occasional heavy showers throughout the afternoon. They appeared to have stopped when partner and I head out for the afternoon walk. We climb the hill, and I manage to get a couple of photos, including the one shown above of the Ochil Hills just before a light rain shower hits. It passes overhead, and I manage to get a photo of Craigmillar Castle, Extra, in the sun as the rain shower heads eastwards.

A public holiday tomorrow. Thursday is the new Friday.
