Everybody Smile

It was Shelly’s third night in a row at a concert at Western Washington University. On Wednesday we heard Michelle Cann play the piano and talk. Last night he and his friend Stu went to the clarinet students’ recital. Tonight we attended “An Evening of Song” sung by voice students at the university. We were so impressed with the voices, the showmanship and the camaraderie of the students. It is a pleasure to see a group support each other and be so talented and open. The whole evening felt like a celebration, which it was in honor of one of the teachers who is retiring. She’s the woman holding the child.
