NEC Day 2

After a swim, and a very hearty breakfast at the Hilton we headed back to the Festival of Quilts. Neither day seemed very busy which made wondering round very pleasant. I chatted to the Bernina people and as always got lots of little tips which I know I will take on board. Spent a wee bit more money and thoroughly enjoyed wondering round having a look, watching demo's , stroking fabric and being amazed at some beautiful pieces of art.

The really great thing about this show is that it is becoming so international, in terms of stalls, work displayed and visitors. It makes for a very interesting show. Again we got so many comments about our hats. They are a great way to spot each other in a crowd.
