pre iced

My boss is leaving and I said I'd make cakes for her leaving presentation tomorrow so this is them all pre-iced! I totally cheated and used a mix and some betty crocker frosting, too many other things to do!


We had intended to take Dad to a WWII event in Suffolk but he was in pain all over so we opted to just go for a drive and lunch. we popped to Jimmy's Farm which due to the stony gravel is not at all easy with a wheel chair so pretty much went into the farm shop and that was that. He had a stairlift fitted at home last week and the Occupational Therapists are finally visiting tomorrow so hopefully good things will be put into place to make life a bit easier for mum and dad.
