Don’t look too carefully!!

My day… up early …was raining so my Everest training was on my turbo trainer .

2 times up Alp d’huez at steady pace …2000 m of climbing … also beat the month Everest challenge … this is to ride the height of Everest in one month…did it by half way point ..8848 m required… I’m over 10,000m

It is a bit disturbing but a rear neighbour sit on their loo / brush teeth .. starkers!!..Worse in winter with the light on… the glass isn’t non- viz…. They have to realise!! We don’t know whether to laugh or weep… my turbo looks straight out of the window …so short of shutting by eyes can’t miss them!!

The DIY… currently cutting out / filling plaster cracks… old house … not done for 15 years so there are a few repair patches
