New pal

I had some weird dreams last night so didn't get too great a sleep. But i was still going for a run. 

Bless my mate Gordon couldn't come this morning and told me to let him know when I got home. And also told me to stick to the main roads which I did. I only did just under 5km. My head and body hasn't been in it this week. 

I am so bloody proud of my boys today. Harp was away at a playdate and we were meeting my mils nephew and wife from Ireland and of course their dog Max. If harp was there she would have sat in the car for sure. The boys did so well and the jedi stroked him a few times and even held his lead. 

And you guys on blip know just how bad food issues can be in this house. Mr R is going out for dinner so I said I was buying a steak for mine. The big lads wanted to try one. And they have just devoured 2 between them. One with garlic and one with cajun spice. 

We did 2 dump runs today too and have a busy day in the garden tomorrow.  My back isn't thanking me. 

I have said to my boss I will be in work on Tuesday but I'm feeling uneasy about it because of the email i have sent. I'll have a meeting with my boss and if the headteacher wants to meet I will suggest taking a witness with me if I can't get union.
