45 years today....... and the rest is history

Yes. 45 yrs ago I married the love of my life: the wisest thing I've ever done. To celebrate we're back in Aberaeron and this evening we're having dinner in the Harbourmaster.
As I've mentioned several times in my journal, the sea defences are being improved and it was interesting to check on progress. It's been very disruptive to the town and affected last summer's visitors. It's meant to be finished by Whitsun. As the blip shows they've almost finished the new extended breakwater but there does seem to be a lot to do before they can open up the seafront. Not convinced it will be open by Whitsun.
